At Little Wins, we provide child-centered, evidence-based therapy for children aged 2–18 years — blending behavioural science with creativity, play, and compassion.
At Little Wins, behavioural science helps guide how we understand learning, behaviour, emotional regulation, and development within everyday environments. We focus on meaningful goals, monitor progress carefully, and collaborate with families and professionals to support skills that are functional, lasting, and relevant to real life.
Inspired by the turtle — calm, steady, and consistent in its journey — we believe lasting growth is built one small step at a time.
After completing my Master's in Clinical Psychology from University College London (UCL) and earning my certification as an International Behaviour Analyst, I've worked across the UK, UAE and India helping children and families build meaningful life skills through evidence-based and compassionate care.
I use a thoughtful blend of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, social communication differences, emotional and behavioural challenges, anxiety, and school-related difficulties. My goal is to help children develop the skills, confidence and flexibility needed to thrive in everyday life.
My little learning at work has been realizing that growth often reveals itself in small, everyday moments — a child finding the courage to try again, a shy child starting a conversation with a peer for the first time, or a child who has never used words beginning to make their very first sounds to communicate a want or need.
These moments remind us that meaningful progress looks different for every child. This belief shapes our vision at Little Wins, where we combine behavioural science with creativity, play, and collaboration to create individualized goals and systematically track the growth that matters most to each child and family.

Our goal is to bridge learning beyond the therapy space by collaborating with educators, professionals, and community partners who help children practise emotional, social, and everyday life skills in natural, meaningful environments.
From shopping and ordering food to cooking, travelling, and managing daily routines — children practise important life skills in real environments with the right support.
Building confidence in the places that matter most.
Through treks, community outings, workshops, and group experiences, we help children explore, connect, and grow beyond their comfort zones.
New experiences. Stronger skills. Bigger world.
We partner with schools, professionals, and community networks through collaboration, training, and workshops that support children and the key stakeholders involved in their everyday environments.
When we work together, children thrive everywhere.
We believe meaningful support happens through collaboration. Our Little Wins Network includes therapists, educators, facilitators, and specialist professionals who help create connected, supportive experiences for children and families. Whether through our network or alongside professionals already involved in your child's journey, we value care that feels collaborative, consistent, and family-centered.
Real moments from our outreach work — school workshops, cooking sessions, grocery shopping, treks, and more.
